Suggest a Webcam!
For inclusion into Wallpaper Cam...

Here you may submit webcams you have found for inclusion into the WallpaperCam database. Thanks for suggesting!

 
TIPS for your suggestions:

1. Move your mouse over the webcam image you want to suggest (on its homepage).

2. Click the right mouse button and choose Properties...

The preferable image quality has a resolution of more than 500 pixels wide...

3. If the properties show an image URL (ending with .jpg or .gif it can most likely be included.

4. Select the URL by highlighting it with left mouse button down.

5. Copy the URL. Press CTRL + C or right mouse click and select Copy...

6. Paste it in the form to the left (CTRL + V) or right mouse click and paste.

7. Enter descriptions and press the Submit Webcam Suggestion button.

TIP:
if this sounds too complicated to you, you may just drop us a line via email or enter the URL address where you found the webcam without describing, we will check each entry anyway...

 

Webcam Title:

Title for the webcam, shown in the left pane selection dialog:
short & expressive. Example: Statue of liberty, New York

Image source URL:

Enter the direct path to the jpg or gif image, ending with jpg or gif. Example: the image properties are showing: http://www.webcam.com/campics/greatview.jpg?4893672992 you copy the part until .jpg only and enter it here... (please test the URL in a separate browser window before, to check if it actually does show the image only...).

Webcam Category:

Choose a category that you think would fit best...

Webcam Description:

Describe what the webcam shows and where it's from...
Example: Great barrier reef, Australia. Live underwater view of
corals and fish.

URL of Source Webpage:

Copy and paste the URL where the webcam is shown originally, best bet is the page where the livecam is shown.
Example: http://www.greatwebcams.com/barrier_reef.html

Country of origin:

Choose the country, where the webcam is located, if have an idea...

Suggested refresh interval (in seconds):
(numbers only, example value: 60)
Enter the update interval of the webcam - how often it sends new images. In most cases this is stated on the original website, if not,
you may update the image view and check how often a new picture is shown. Leave blank if you don't know.
